Exchange and Return Policy

1. If the goods you receive meet the following conditions, you can apply for return/exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

a. For product quality problems, customers need to provide the original quality problem test report or original certification document confirmed by the brand, and please return the attachments, instructions, shopping invoices, packaging and products together when returning the goods. We will provide a full refund after the customer provides a traceable logistics number.

b. If the goods are damaged in any way during transportation, please provide pictures of the outer packaging, transportation invoice and product pictures within 7 working days after receiving the goods. After after-sales service confirmation, we will refund the full amount and bear the shipping costs; if you cannot provide the corresponding pictures, we will not accept your claim, and we are deeply sorry;

c. If the goods are lost or mis-delivered, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product and provide customer service with the order number, delivery invoice, the goods you sent/mis-delivered, and photos of all products. After confirmation, we will handle relevant after-sales services for you. If the after-sales time limit is exceeded, the after-sales service will not be processed normally.

If the above problems occur with your order, please contact us quickly. We will refund you as long as the product is new and unused. We recommend that you take photos and describe the problem with the product and send them directly to us through online customer service and email so that we can confirm the problem with the item and send you the accurate return process. 2. The following products do not comply with our refund or return policy:

a. Any goods not sold on this website;

b. The product has been used or damaged/the original label/protective film has been removed/the product size has been adjusted;

c. The after-sales time limit is exceeded (customers who do not contact customer service within 7 working days after signing for receipt will not be able to apply for after-sales service).

d. Due to irresistible reasons during transportation, the goods may be slightly damaged, but this does not hinder use.

e. Any product quality problems caused by abnormal use or storage by customers.

f. For products sold together such as sets, the return policy provides customer service for single or multiple products that comply with the return and refund policy, and does not include all products in the set.

Exchange/Return Process

1. You can apply for return/exchange to our online customer service within 7 days from the date you receive the product.

2. Customer service will confirm whether the product complies with the return/refund policy. Please do not return the product if it does not comply with the return/refund policy.

3. After the warehouse receives the goods, the staff will complete the refund within 3-7 working days. The actual cash paid will be refunded according to the original route. Since the transfer dates of each bank are different, please refer to the actual arrival time of the amount.

After the order is successfully placed, it is not supported to cancel or modify the order. Please ensure your order and other information are correct before payment.
